Samuel Hartsock, husband of the late Ruby Palmer Hartsock and Mary Sue Webb Hartsock, step-father of Rick Watson, uncle of Carol (Pete) Wolfinbarger and Janice (Wallace) McKinney, brother-in-law of Buford (the late Margaret) Noland. Passed away on October 11, 2020 at the age of 89. Family will receive friends at Owensville United Methodist Church, 2580 US 50, Owensville, OH on Friday, October 23rd from 10 AM until time of services beginning at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Stonelick Twp. Cemetery.
