Passed away suddenly Tuesday August 20, 2019. Age 62. Residence Goshen, OH. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen on Sunday August 25th from 1:00 PM until time of Celebration of Life service at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
