Sandra Gail (nee Martin) Bisaillon beloved wife of William "Bill" Bisaillon; cherished daughter of Beulah Irene (nee Harrison) Martin and the late Oscar Scott Martin; dear sister of Carol Brockman, Gary Martin, the late Donna Timmers and the late Judy Oetzel. Passed away suddenly Tuesday August 20, 2019. Age 62. Residence Goshen, OH. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen on Sunday August 25th from 1:00 PM until time of Celebration of Life service at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
