Sandra Kay Hornsby

Sandra was born July 3, 1944, to the late Roy and Grace (nee Lee) Andrews, in Niagra Falls, NY. She was the beloved wife of 20 years to the late Daniel E. Hornsby; Loving mother of Pamela (Gary) Shepherd, Kyle (Vereina Douglas) Clifford, Laura Dawson, and Melissa Hornsby; Cherished grandmother of Nichole (Leo) Guardado, Keith (Amber) Anderson, Kris Anderson, Amanda Clifford, Allison Clifford, Britney Clifford, Cheyenne Clifford, Brandon Dawson, and Benjamin Duffy; Great-grandmother of Kaden Anderson, Ashton Anderson, Norman Anderson, Liam Hughes, Athena Anderson, Ethan Guardado, Madeline Guardado, Aubrey Manning, Eli Milburne, and Mason Wright; Dear sister of Susan Andrews, Roy Andrews, and the late Michael Andrews. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Sandra was a good, honest, and selfless woman who loved her family. She loved God and was a long time member of the Woodville Baptist Church. Sandra enjoyed finding covered bridges with her family, gardening, yoga, and liked to make a difference by recycling. She was also a member of the Garden Club and Senior Club. She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Sandra passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 79. Resident of Blanchester, OH. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home - 741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150. Funeral service will immediately follow beginning at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Sandra's memory to the Lung Cancer Association.
