Shannon Diane Smith

Shannon Diane Smith age 47, of Bethel, passed away unexpectantly, July 3, 2018 at the Anderson Mercy Hospital in Anderson Township. She was born August 18, 1970 in Cincinnati the daughter of William E. and Diana (nee Long) Peck. She was maried to Jerry Martin Smith, who preceded her in death in 2009 along with her father, William E. Peck in 2012 and brother, James "Duke" Peck in 2010. Shannon is survived by her mother, Diana Peck, her children, William Vincent Slover, Jessica Leigh Smith, grandchildren, Hayleigh, James, Jayden and Kara. A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 to 3:00 PM, Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen 45122. Her family requests memorials to Evans Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
