COLE, Sharon Rose (nee McConnaughey) - Beloved wife of 53 years to Edward Cole; Devoted mother of Cassondra Simmons; NaNa of Nicholas (Chrislynn) Simmons, Christina (Christopher) Maxson, Patrick Simmons, and Kaitlynn Simmons; Great NaNa of Nicholas Simmons II and Alexandria Henderson; Dear sister of Linda Christie, Charlotte Stubblefield, Carol Litchfield, Charles McConnaughey, Martin McConnaughey, and Ernest McConnaughey; Sharon will be missed by many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and students. She worked 25 years in Special Education with the Goshen Local Schools where her teaching mission statement was " Every child is worth it."
