Sheila Dawn Cansler

Sheila Dawn Cansler, age 79, of Goshen passed away surrounded by her family, July 19, 2020 at her residence. She was born July 10, 1941 in Berea, Kentucky the daughter of Guy Jasper and Eula (nee Ware) Blakeman, Sheila was a homemaker most of her life, but she taught Sunday School and loved to sing Gospel songs. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Ray Cansler, their children and spouses; Kimberly Dawn (the late Mike) Pendergrass, Brian Kenneth Cansler and Elizabeth Amber (Steven) Menkhaus, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, a half brother; Reese Hupps and a son-in-law; Ronald Spears. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her children; Steven Ray Cansler, Stephanie A. Cansler, Randall Keith Cansler and Roshell Rene Spears. A celebration of life will be 6 to 7 PM Monday, July 27, 2020 at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen 45122 with her service at 7 PM. Pastor Tom Cruee will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her honor may be made to The Real Church, C/O 6402 Barre Rd., Loveland, Ohio 45140.
