Sheila K. Fox, a devoted matriarch, loving wife, mother, grandmother and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on October 13, 1948, in Liberty, Kentucky, Sheila made a lasting impact on the lives of all who knew her, exemplifying the values of hard work, equality, and generosity throughout her life.
For 38 years, Sheila dedicated her career to Furniture Fair, where her expertise in accounting and innate problem-solving abilities shone brightly. She was not just a diligent employee but a friend to her coworkers and customers alike, treating everyone with kindness and respect. Known as a giver, Sheila's warmth and compassion extended beyond her workplace to her family and community. Family was everything to Sheila. She took immense pride in her role as a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her spirit will live on in her beloved husband, Garry Fox, her children Roger (Angie) Fox, Kimberly (Barry) Jernigan, Garry (Jennifer) Fox, and Angela (Scott) Damico, as well as her sister Patricia (Butch) Webster and brother Harold Randolph, ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Sheila's nurturing presence enveloped her family, instilling in them the importance of love and togetherness. Sheila had a passion for decorating her home, transforming spaces into warm havens filled with love and laughter. She found joy in her cherished Corvette and her Jeep adorned with ducks, symbols of her playful spirit and zest for life. Sheila's legacy as a beacon of love, strength, and familial devotion will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know her. Friends and family are invited to gather to celebrate the remarkable life of Sheila K. Fox. The visitation will take place on January 17, 2025, from 9:30AM to 11:00AM in the Evans Funeral Home, Goshen. A funeral service will be held on January 17, 2025, at 11 AM, followed by her burial at Plainview Cemetery.
