Shirley Kemplin

Shirley Jean Kemplin, nee Clendenin. Born January 14, 1935 in Charleston, West Virginia. Passed away peacefully on June 15 at the age of 90 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Beloved wife of the late James B. Kemplin. Devoted mother of Pamela J. Parton and Timothy Kemplin. Loving grandmother of Erica (Michael) Lawrence and Tara Kemplin. Great grandmother of Gwena, Gabe, and Eden. Dear sister of Jerry (Rachel) Clendenin, Judy Nichols, and the late Lola Estepp, David Clendenin, Annie Stephens, and Sue Clendenin. Survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Shirley put faith and family above all else. Her home was a testament to her generous spirit, always welcoming and filled with food, laughter, and love. Hers was a life well lived and she was loved and cherished by all who knew her. We will miss her dearly.
