Stephen Kelly Brown, age 62 of Silverton, died Friday, September 8, 2017 at his residence. He was born August 10, 2017 in West Union, Ohio the son of John and Shirley BoDean "Bo" Stephens Brown. He worked on the assembly line of Honda of America for 20 years. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law; Nancy & Mike Richmond, niece Jessi Konrad, great niece Jayden Neff and great nephew, Kasyn Konrad. A Memorial Service will be planned by his family at a later date.
