Sue Ellen Bellissemo

Sue Ellen Bellissemo (nee Cole), beloved wife of 57 years to the late Frank J. Bellissemo, devoted mother of Dan (Crissie) Bellissemo, Tricia (Joe) Cusma, Heather (Corey) Ward, Nick (Josie) Bellissemo and Scott Bellissemo, loving grandmother of Kelli (Andrew), Ellen (Mark), Dominic, Paige, Sierra, Spencer, Jack, Joey, Max, Nick, Grace, Bella, Lily, Drew and Charlie, great-grandmother of Henry and Nora, dear sister of the late Joanne Schatzman, Colleen Michael and the late Charles “Tug” Cole.

Sue raised five children and helped with her grandchildren. She loved family get togethers and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She and Frank were “snowbirds” and spent months at a time in Destin, Florida. Sue enjoyed playing golf with her friends and playing cards and camping with the St. Al’s group. She was very active in church. Sue traveled the world with Frank and took many trips with her friends. She and Frank enjoyed volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House for many years.

Sue passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the age of 84 years and was a longtime resident of Bridgetown. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church, 4366 Bridgetown Rd Cincinnati, OH 45211, on Saturday, November 4th beginning at 10:30 AM. Following Mass there will be Celebration of Sue's life at Knights of Columbus in Cheviot 3619 Glenmore Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45211 until 3:00 PM. If so desired, memorial donations may be sent to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati, 341 Erkenbrecher Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45229
