Terry David Hornsby

Terry David Hornsby, age 63 of Milford, passed away surrounded by his family, Monday March 25, 2019 at his residence. He was born June 13,1955 in Cincinnati, the son of Eugene and Betty (nee Ison) Hornsby. He attended Milford High School and graduated becoming the plant manager for BAF Industries in Blue Ash and made the move with them to Florence, Kentucky. He is survived by his children and spouses; Arin & Eugene Paik, Greg & Jessica Hornsby, grandchildren; Avery & Ethan Paik, Nicholas, Kendle & Lucas Hornsby, and his siblings; Mary Zeilman and Johnny, Gary, Kimberly & Rob Hornsby. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by siblings; Cindy Hartig, Danny, Mark, Rick and infant Kenny Hornsby. Services will be 2PM Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford with visitation from 12:30 PM until his time of service. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford.
