Thomas James Alexander

Thomas J Alexander, age 64, of Cincinnati, OH went to be with the Lord on Saturday June 19, 2021. Tom passed at his brother Tim's home in Batavia OH, after a life long battle with heart disease.
Tom was the loving son of the late Peter C Alexander and Janet Reitzel Alexander. Tom leaves behind 5 brothers Dennis (Pam) Sacramento, CA, Tim (Teresa), Pete (Anne), Jerry (Brenda) & Ken (Julie) of Cincinnati OH and his sister Patty Alexander Fisk of Vacaville, CA. as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Tom also leaves behind special friends Jane Wittke ,Susan Tensing and John Tensing who were his faithful caretakers after the death of his best friend Gene Tensing.
The family would also like to recognize Vitas Hospice personnel who provided Tom with wonderful loving care in the final 5 days of his life.
According to his UC Heart doctors, Tom was the longest surviving 3 chamber heart patient in the history of UC, thus Tom has donated his body to UC Medical School Research.
No funeral will be held. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
