Thomas Paul Behan

Thomas Paul Behan, a cherished husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 73. He was born on February 10, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Thomas and Mary (nee Bogle) Behan.

Tom had a passion for golf, both playing and watching, and delighted in painting, often creating hand-painted Christmas cards that brought cheer to those around him. Alongside his wife Cathy, he lovingly portrayed Mr. and Mrs. Claus in Terrace Ridge, spreading holiday spirit to all. He had a tender heart for animals, a love for cooking, and a deep appreciation for classic rock 'n roll music.

Known for his captivating storytelling, Tom was a man of integrity who stood up for what he believed in. His warm and welcoming nature meant he never met a stranger, and he cherished his family above all else, especially his granddaughters, whom he adored attending sporting events for.

Tom will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 52 years Cathy L. (nee Carns) Behan; Loving father of Brian (Tracie) Behan and Kate (Chris) Bellar; Cherished grandfather of Emma Behan, Nona Behan, Audrey Bellar, and Lucy Bellar; Dear brother of Terry Behan, Michael (Jude) Behan, Patrick (Mary) Behan, and Mary (William) Fischer. Tom is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Tom's family welcomes everyone for a visitation on Saturday, September 28, 2024, beginning at 12:00 PM at the Terrace Park Country Club - 5341 S Milford Rd, Milford, OH 45150. A celebration of life will begin at 1:30PM, with a reception to follow.
