Thomas Martin

Thomas Martin, a skilled carpenter known for his passion in building and love for creating, passed away at the age of 58 on June 10, 2024. Born on August 7, 1965, Tom was a dedicated individual who found joy in his craft and the simple pleasures of life. His days were filled with the peaceful pastime of fishing, the harmonious tunes of Rock and Roll, and the nurturing act of tending to his garden, watching as his vegetables and flowers bloomed beautifully under his care.

Tom was a man of great generosity and selflessness, always putting the needs of others before his own. His kindness and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew him

Tom is the son of Shirley Martin and the late Robert Martin. He is the devoted father of Daniel (Lauren) Martin, grandfather to James Martin, Scarlett Martin and Lainey, brother of Chuck (Theresa) Martin and uncle to Eric Martin and Chelsea (Bryce) Clary, and great uncle to Brantley and Weston Clary. Tom is also survived by his longtime best friend Jeff Stevens.

Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, Goshen on Tuesday, June 18th from 5 PM until the memorial service beginning at 6 PM. All are invited to join in celebrating the cherished moments and the lasting impact Thomas has left behind. Though he may have departed from this world, his spirit and the memories of his warm presence will forever linger in the hearts of those who knew him.
