Timothy Allen Bauer I, a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully from natural causes on July 27, 2025, at the age of 66. Born on January 20, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Tim lived a life rich with experiences, love, and laughter.Tim was a hardworking steel worker in the fabrication industry, known for his dedication and integrity. He approached each day with a strong work ethic, but it was in his free time that his true passions shone. He was an avid softball player in his younger days, often found on the field sharing laughs and making lasting memories with friends. He loved spending quiet weekends fishing for bass and shovelhead catfish or venturing into the great outdoors to hunt deer and game birds. Tim also loved golfing, where he enjoyed swapping stories and enjoying the camaraderie of fellow golfers.Above all, Tim cherished his family. He is survived by his loving spouse, Cheryl Bauer; his son, Timothy Bauer II, and daughter-in-law, Ginger Bauer; his son, Jeremy Bauer; and Fiancé Misty. Grandchildren: Anna, Jonny, Timothy III, Levi, Isaac and Emma. Also survived by his beloved siblings- Judy Scalf, Connie Zeinner, Kathy Wilhite, Carol Hunter, Theresa Fickes, Jim Bauer, and Bill Bauer and many nieces and nephews. Each relationship was a testament to Tim's kindness and unwavering support.A celebration of Tim's life will take place on August 4, 2025, at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen, Ohio. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Friends and family are encouraged to share their fondest memories of Tim, honoring the wonderful impact he made in their lives.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Hospital, a cause that Tim held dear to his heart.Timothy Allen Bauer I's spirit will live on in the countless memories shared by those who loved him, reminding us all to value the simple joys of life, camaraderie, and the beauty of nature.
