Timothy Edward Wehrmeyer

June 10, 1944 — April 25, 2025

Timothy E. Wehrmeyer, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2025, at the age of 80. Born on June 10, 1944, Tim was a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, where he built a legacy of love, laughter, and connection.

Tim devoted 61 wonderful years to his wife, Betty Wehrmeyer. Their enduring love was the heart of his life, and they often centered their world around each other, creating a beautiful partnership that inspired all who knew them. Together, they nurtured a family filled with warmth and joy. His sons, Mark (Chris) and Michael (Alicia) Wehrmeyer, have fond memories of their father's unwavering support and enthusiasm.

Tim was indeed a diehard fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals, his passion for baseball and football mirroring the dedication he had for his family. In his youth, he spent countless hours playing baseball and softball, cherishing the camaraderie and joy of the game. Yet, it was his grandchildren, Nikki, Ryan (Hollie), and Ricky (Hannah) Wehrmeyer, who brought him immense joy as he loved watching them grow and learn. He was also proud to welcome his great-grandchildren, Tanner Wehrmeyer, Bryson Moorman, and Sawyer Guy, into his life, cherishing every moment spent with them. Tim is also survived by his loving sister, Ardella Freeman, who shared many cherished family memories with him.

For over 17 years, Tim embraced his role as a delivery driver for Benken Garden Center and Florist, where he thrived on the relationships he built with his coworkers and customers alike. Tim's laughter and kindness left a lasting impact on those around him, and his vivacious spirit will be deeply missed.

A funeral service to honor Tim’s life will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Milford on April 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM, following a visitation that will begin at 10:30 AM.
