Toni Joan Kelley, 44, passed March 14, 2021. Beloved daughter of Debra (John) Davis and the late Steven (Judy) Kelley. Loving sister of Tami (Dave) Samples, Teri (Al Qaqish) Pappas and Tyler (Tamilyn Bauer) Davis; Dear aunt of Matthew & Jacob Samples, Noah Pappas and Samuel Davis. Visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St., Milford, Ohio on Tuesday March 23rd from noon until time of memorial service at 1 PM. The family asks that memorial contributions be directed to your favorite animal shelter.
