Tony P Barklage

Tony P. Barklage was born on October 30, 1935 to the late Herman and Tevis (Nee Broyles) Barklage; Loving husband of 63 years to Linda Barklage (Nee Travis); Dear father of Jeff (Deborah) Barklage, Christine (Mark) Dierks; Ken (Lori) Barklage; daughter-in-law Heather Barklage and the late Keith Eric Barklage; Cherished grandfather to Adam Barklage, Jennifer (Jason) Manning, Travis Barklage, Andrea Barklage, Theo Barklage, Elizabeth (Brendan) Vennemeyer, and the late Drew Dierks; Great-grandfather to Jessica, John, and Juliet.

Tony was a man of many hobbies and passions. He was an avid shooter, loved building model airplanes, and was even a pilot. In his spare time he liked to tinker in his barn and because of his love for old farm machinery he would attend the many antique farm machinery shows around the area. Above all else, Tony was an incredible husband, father, and grandfather. His family meant the world to him.

Tony Barklage passed away on November 22, 2022 at the age of 87. Resident of Milford, Ohio. A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church – 5849 Buckwheat Rd, Milford, OH 45150. Funeral service will follow starting at 5:00 PM. Burial will take place on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Rest Haven Memorial Park – 10209 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Tony’s name.
