Tracy Lee Hornsby, beloved daughter of Gary and Bonnie Hornsby, dear sister of Gary (Jen) Hornsby, loving aunt of Phillip, Garrett, Ben and Andrew Hornsby, cherished granddaughter of Charles and Marie Wyatt and the late Eugene and Betty Hornsby. Passed away suddenly Monday, July 20, 2015. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, on Friday, July 24th from 9:30 AM until time of funeral services beginning at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
