Vada Mae Cole

VADA MAE COLE was born on October 5, 1946 in Old Landing, KY to the late Clayton and Emma (nee McKinney) Pitman. Loving wife of 51 years to Denvil “Tuffy” Ray Cole; Dear mother to Scott Cole, Rick Cole, Gary Cole, and Roy (Tawnya) Cole; Cherished grandmother of Samantha (Kaleb) Burns, Brayden Cole, and Ethan Cole; Sister to Anna Cook, Linda Overbee, Mavis Jones, Herman (Brenda) Pitman, and the late James Pitman and Blanche Ross. Vada is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Lenvil Cole and their son Lenvil Cole Jr.

Vada loved being a mother. She loved her family and was all about her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed tending to her yard from pulling weeds to mowing the grass. She even took care of the neighborhood cats. She was a sweet, caring woman who loved God.

Vada passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 75. Resident of Pleasant Plain, Ohio. A visitation will take place on Friday, October 7, 2022 at The House of Prayer - 8764 State Route 132, Pleasant Plain, OH 45162 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at Edwardsville Cemetery – Edwardsville Rd, Blanchester, OH 45107.
