Phillips, Virginia Jo (Nee Derby), 76, passed August 26, 2017. Beloved wife of Clarence Phillips Jr.; Loving mother of Thomas (Lisa), Michael (Diana), Leonard (Mary), Clarence III (Theresa), Joseph (Kim), Rodney and Todd Phillips; Cherished grandmother of 21 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Also survived by brothers Donald & Gary Derby and sister Brenda Derby Burress. Preceded in death by grandson Jacob Phillips, parents Dorothy Easter Derby and Walter Derby siblings Lois Derby Sallee, John Derby, Lawrence Derby, Nancy Derby, Mary Derby, Deborah Derby, Vickie Derby and Walter Derby.
Visitation Thursday August 31st 10 - 12. Funeral at noon. All at Cozaddale Baptist Temple 10632 Eltzroth Rd. Goshen, Ohio.
