Walter S. Duggins

Walter S. Duggins, age 75 of Maineville, passed away April 10, 2021, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. He was born January 13, 1946 in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania the son of Walter O. and Rebecca P. (nee Parsons) Duggins. He was the Senior Vice President of the LaBat Anderson Company as a government contractor with many years of service. He is the beloved husband of Polly Barnes Duggins, loving father and father-in-law of Edward & Stephanie Duggins, Amy & Terence Pender, devoted grandfather of Graham Duggins, Katherine and Matthew Pender, dear brother of Michael and Wayne Duggins. Services will be at the convenience of the family. His family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials in his honor may be made to the American Heart Association.
