Wilhelmina “Wilma” Eva Jacobs

Wilhelmina "Wilma" Eva Jacobs passed Sunday, March 29, 2015 surrounded by her family at the Senior Home Choice in Miami Township. She was born in Hamilton County the daughter of William and Katherine Koch Hasz. She worked at Globe Wernicke during the war time, was an operator with the Cincinnati Bell Company and gave up her position with the U.S. Postal Service as a rural carrier to start her family with her husband, Charles W. Jacobs, who preceded her in death February 3, 2009. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Jeannette "Cookie" & Chris Duncan, granddaughter, Christina (Scott) Oaks, great-grandchildren, Tyler Duncan & Katherine Ashley Oaks and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Katherine Rosiello, Elvira Matheis, Genevieve Falgner, John M., Ernest H. and William Hasz Jr. Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00PM Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at the St. Louis Church, 250 N. Braodway St., Owensville 45160 with visitation from 1:00PM until time for Mass. Memorials in her honor may be made to the St. Louis Church.
