Willard Owen Cline, Jr., Beloved husband of Carol R. Cline (nee Kidd); Devoted father of Gregory A. Cline; Dear brother of James T. Cline. Marebeth Webb. Maebeth Young, Ann Wilson and the late Pamela Terbrueggen; Uncle of James T. Cline, Jr., Brant Cline, Tyler Cline, Bernie Webb, Randy Webb, Ruthann (Peace) Brown, Jessie Terbrueggen, Sarah (Terbrueggen) Spatz. Willard will be missed by many great nieces and nephews, fiends and by those who knew and loved him. Willard was a veteran of the United States Army and was an Honor Guard. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Chemistry. After graduating he worked for the FDA then went on to be a chemist for Kroger. He was an owner of and operated Fairfield Florist for 20 years. Willard passed away at his residence Thursday April 7, 2022, at the age of 74 years; Resident of Stonelick Township; The family appreciates all of those who wish to attend to celebrate Willard’s life, but request that due to Covid concerns for family members who are high risk, to please only family attend the services. Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center Street Milford, OH 45150, Thursday April 14, 2022, from 12:00 Noon until the time of funeral service at 1:00PM. Burial to follow at Spring Grove Cemetery with military honors.
