William "Bill" Hamm, a cherished husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on December 19, 1941, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Bill dedicated his life to his family and career in the HVAC industry.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Naomi, with whom he shared an incredible journey of over 68 years of companionship, including more than 62 years of marriage. He was a devoted father to Larry (Kelly) Hamm and Beth (Josh) Dischar, and a proud grandfather to Jessica Stiles, Amber Stiles, Katie (Kyle) Blust, Kylie Hamm, Noah Dischar, Nick Dischar, and Lili Dischar, who will forever remember the warmth of his love and his playful spirit.
Bill was a man of many talents; his dry sense of humor and kindness knew no bounds. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and could fix anything. A hardworking individual, he took immense pride in his work, while also finding joy in life's simple pleasures. Bill loved fishing, boating, and venturing to the casino, but above all, he cherished the time spent with Naomi, traveling and making memories together.
In celebrating Bill's remarkable life, family and friends will gather for visitation at Evans Funeral Home in Milford, Ohio, on April 15, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will take place the following day, April 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM, also at Evans Funeral Home. Following the service, Bill will be laid to rest at 11:00 AM at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford.
Bill Hamm's legacy of love and kindness will continue to shine brightly through the lives he touched. As we remember him, let us celebrate the joy he brought to our lives and the memories we will forever cherish.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents Ted Hamm and Mary Clark and his brother Bob Hamm.
