Loving father of Holly Kellum, Michael Napier, Pete Napier, Randy Napier, Scott (Krissy) Rumpke, Willda Rumpke and the late Debra and Marvin Napier Jr. Funeral 11 AM Thursday April 28, 2022 with visitation starting at 10 AM. All at Evans Funeral Home 1944 Ohio 28 Goshen, Ohio. Burial with military honors to follow at Clinton County Memory Gardens 1628 Center Rd. Wilmington, Ohio.
