Wilma J. "Billie" Bandow age 78, of Blanchester passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital. She was born March 4, 1942 in Gurneyville, Ohio the daughter of Robert and Evelyn (nee Jackson) McKay. Billie was a 1960 graduate of Blanchester High School and retired after over 20 years of service at the People's Building and Loan in Blanchester. Her first husband, Richard Naylor passed away at an early age and she is survived by her second husband, Curt Bandow, she is the loving mother of; Dawn Spicer, Doug (Stephanie) Naylor, Todd Bandow, devoted grandmother of Shawn, Sara, Heather, Jeffery, Jarrod, Kelsey, Samantha and Natalie, Brant, Bryce, Bryan and Brett, great grandmother of 14, dear sister of Dale McKay, and the late Nancy Hampton. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, her services will be at the convenience of her family. Jim Krusling will officiate. Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, her family requests memorials be made to Continental Manor Care Center, 820 E. Center St. Blanchester, OH 45107.
